Refund policy

Refunds will only be offered if a variety doesn't make it through storage, customers will be offered a substitution of equal value if they so choose or a refund of the tuber price will be given.

NO refunds will be offered for change of mind.

NO refunds are issued on shipping or handling unless whole order is unable to be fulfilled. 

If there is deemed to be a problem with tubers on receipt photographs & video if possible should be sent immediately via either text (0412400177) or email. Replacement tubers will be issued (if deemed appropriate) on return of faulty tuber (return postage at buyer expense). Any issues must be raised within 72hrs (3 days) of receipt.

If a variety is found to be mislabeled once it has flowered please contact us directly with pictures of the bloom(s) & plant, a replacement will be supplied at NO cost in the next tuber season, or via cutting if available.  

Once received it is the buyers responsibility to ensure tubers are stored & planted correctly, no responsibility can be taken for failure to store or after planting. 

If a customer chooses to have their order shipped before regular shipping time all responsibility is then taken by the customer - only mislabels will be honored with clear proof that the variety is not what was ordered.
