Shipping policy

Postage is to be paid on ALL orders - unfortunately we are unable to combine orders.

If you're local & wish to pick your order up directly please contact us directly on 0412400177 to organise this. 

All orders are sent via express post with Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be sent once orders are sent (either via SMS or email). 

Orders will be send from early October. If an order is required before this time you must contact us directly & take full responsibility for tubers.   

NO refunds are available on Shipping & Handling costs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the quantity of tubers purchased:

• 1–4 tubers: $20

• 5–8 tubers: $25

• 9–14 tubers: $30

• 15 or more tubers: $35

All orders with a total value of $150 or more are eligible for free shipping.
