Shipping Policy

Postage is to be paid on the first order and any order made after 24hrs post the first order. If you wish to combine postage & handling on orders they must be made within 24 hours of each other with the same name, shipping information and email address. Please include the order numbers on subsequent orders to have them combined along with a discount code that is eligible for 2 uses. If there is not enough postage and handling paid you will be sent an invoice which will need to be paid before subsequent orders will be released.

All orders are sent via express post with Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be sent once orders are sent (either via SMS or email).

Orders will be sent from early October. If an order is required before this time you must contact us directly & take full responsibility for tubers.

NO refunds are available on Shipping & Handling costs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the quantity of tubers purchased:

1–4 tubers: $20

5–8 tubers: $25

9–14 tubers: $30

15 or more tubers: $35

All orders with a total value of $150 or more are eligible for free shipping.
